Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how GoProfy (a product of CODHZ) handles information in connection with your use of goprofy.com. We've written it to be direct and readable — not to obscure what we do, but to make it clear.

The short version: GoProfy does not collect, store, or retain the business information you submit for analysis. The only personal data we process is what's strictly necessary to handle your payment, and that is managed entirely through Stripe.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

GoProfy is built on a zero-storage model for analytical inputs. This means:

— We do not store the business descriptions or ideas you submit
— We do not store the analysis outputs generated for your session
— We do not create or maintain user accounts or profiles
— We do not track your activity across sessions
— We do not collect names, email addresses, or contact information through the analysis flow

When your session ends, your input and its generated output are gone. GoProfy retains no record of them.

2. Information We Do Process

2.1 Analytical Inputs (Ephemeral)

When you submit a business description to generate an analysis, that input is processed in real time to produce your results. It is not written to any database, associated with any identifier, or retained after processing is complete. This processing is stateless and session-bound.

2.2 Payment Information

If you purchase a paid tier, your transaction is processed exclusively through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. GoProfy does not receive, handle, or store your card number, billing address, or any payment credentials.

2.3 Technical Session Data

Like most web applications, GoProfy's infrastructure may temporarily process standard technical data — such as IP addresses and browser type — as part of normal server operation. This data is not logged for analysis, not associated with your inputs, and not retained beyond the technical requirements of the session.

3. Cookies and Tracking

GoProfy uses only the cookies strictly necessary for the application to function — for example, to maintain your session state during an active analysis flow. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or behavioral analytics tools.

4. Your Data and the AI Model

The inputs you submit to GoProfy are not used to train, fine-tune, or modify the underlying AI model in any way. Because inputs are not retained, they cannot be incorporated into any model update or improvement process. Your ideas remain yours.

5. Data Sharing

GoProfy does not sell, rent, license, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. The only external party that handles any data in connection with your use of GoProfy is Stripe, for payment processing.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority. In practice, because we retain so little data, there is very little we could disclose.

6. Data Security

— Encrypted data transmission via TLS
— No persistent storage of user-submitted content
— Payment processing fully delegated to PCI-DSS certified infrastructure (Stripe)

7. Children's Privacy

GoProfy is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this document. Continued use of GoProfy after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
